National ICT Security Discourse: CyberSAFETY Challenge Trophy (NICTSeD 2021)

NICTSeD is Malaysia’s first national cyber security school discourse initiated and organized by CyberSecurity Malaysia, in collaboration with the Educational Resources and Technology Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia. Since its inception in 2013, the program has successfully achieved its goal as a method of disseminating knowledge on cyber security in a way that would be interesting for students and teachers.

Throughout the years, NICTSeD or National ICT Security Discourse has been conducted physically, becoming a prominent event in the school calendar. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak since 2020 which has led to the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) by the government, the mode of competition had to be changed.

This year NICTSeD competition will be conducted virtually.
